The Grounds & Surrounds.Where the house meets the land, and the land meets the lake.

Step outside and you’re on terraced lawns, surrounded by flowering borders, and sloping woodland, leading gently down to the shore of Caragh Lake. The private jetty waits at the water’s edge, for a morning swim or a quiet hour watching the light shift across the surface. A winding drive curves through tall pines.

TAKE A LOOK AROUND

Beyond the gate, the adventure continues.

Walk down the road a few minutes to hike the Coilté woodland walk to take in the panoramic views across Kerry. On your descent, reward yourself with a visit for refreshments to Ard Na Sidhe Country House - an historic Arts & Crafts-style house built in 1913, now a boutique hotel - 10 minutes walk from Caragh Lake House. You're also just minutes’ drive from Killorglin town’s cafés and markets, the sandy stretch of Rossbeigh Strand, and Dooks Golf Club tucked between dunes and sea. The MacGillycuddy’s Reeks rise to the south, offering trails, views, and silence in equal measure.
